Water Leak in Dunedin

A slow drip from a water line running through the attic soaked the ceiling in this Dunedin house. The Before Photo shows some water stains on the ceiling area. SERVPRO technicians can perform a controlled demolition to remove the water-logged drywall panels before they fall. During the tear out, we can cover the door openings with poly sheeting to prevent the airborne debris from the demo from infiltrating these unaffected rooms. We work neatly, always taking care of our customers' contents. The After Photo shows the exposed area, dried out and ready for an antimicrobial spray to prevent mold growth.
